Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns for eligible physical items within 14 days after you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless we are otherwise required by law to cover the return shipping cost.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.

If a product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping where required.

Digital goods

Digital products, including downloadable sheet music and other digital files, are non-refundable once the download or access has been delivered or started.

By purchasing digital products, you agree that the digital content may be provided immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download or access begins, where permitted by applicable law.

Concert and event tickets are sold for a specific date, time, venue, or performance period. For this reason, tickets are not subject to the EU 14-day cooling-off right, except where required by applicable law.

Concert and event tickets

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, materially rescheduled, or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, we will provide information about available options, which may include a refund, exchange, credit, or replacement ticket, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please check all event details carefully before purchasing, including the event date, time, location, ticket type, and quantity.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Digital products once delivered or accessed;
Concert and event tickets, except where required by law;
Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products;
Gift cards;
Final sale items, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or returnable under applicable law.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible physical goods within 14 days after delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs during the 14-day cooling-off period, unless we have agreed to cover those costs or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

The EU cooling-off right does not apply to certain products, including custom or clearly personalised goods, sealed audio/video/software products that have been unsealed, and online digital content once downloading or streaming has started after you expressly agreed to lose the right of withdrawal.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
