A Note From Evgeny: "Agatha's Letter" was one of my first ever compositions in 2008. It is a part of a series of compositions inspired by literary or film references. Agatha in this case is Agatha Christie, whose books I devoured when I was a teenager. Her vivid characters really struck me, as did her prose. In an Agatha Christie book you always knew where you were going, you just didn't know how you would get there. I feel the same way about this composition!
